President Trump has fired back at ex-President Obama after Obama appeared to blame him for the recent shootings in a lengthy statement.
Trump quoted Brian Kilmeade of Fox and Friends, tweeting:
“Did George Bush ever condemn President Obama after Sandy Hook. President Obama had 32 mass shootings during his reign. Not many people said Obama is out of Control. Mass shootings were happening before the President even thought about running for Pres.”

Trump then continued by quoting Ainsley Earhardt.
“It’s political season and the election is around the corner. They want to continue to push that racist narrative.”
and ended with his own comment
And I am the least racist person. Black, Hispanic and Asian Unemployment is the lowest (BEST) in the history of the United States!

Yesterday, Obama joined the chorus of Democrats implicitly blaming Trump for the shootings.

However, widespread reports, including from CNN indicate the Ohio shooter was a leftist.
Per CNN, a Twitter account that appears to belong to Dayton mass shooter Connor Bettsretweeted extreme left-wing and anti-police posts, as well as tweets supporting Antifa, or anti-fascist, protesters.
